Dear Karine,

I am sorry about your health. I will give you some advices to

keep fit and healthy. Firstly, exercise, and at the very least, just

walk. You need to move to burn those calories to keep your

body fit. You don’t need to pay up to get moving, too. Even

jogging is considered quite healthy so if you can manage to

retain regular exercise activity for 30 minutes a day, you’re in

good shape. Secondly, never skip breakfast. I used to skip

breakfast that makes me tired until the evening. This is because

I wasn’t hungry in the morning but terribly hungry at night. I

thought it used to be the way some of us do, that it was a natural

cycle for some people. But in reality, these are bad habits that

your body has become accustomed to doing and that needs to be

broken. Finally, sleep earlier. Your body heals and repairs itself

and does its regulatory job while you’re snoozing. So give it the

rest it deserves to keep you going along well the next day. Have

a good sleep which is one easy way to avoid getting sick. I hope

your health will be better in the next time.
