No.:- B3/Hamirpar/2010-11 dated at Bhuj 03-09-2010.. Sub:- Filling up the post of GDS BPM Hamirpar BO under Adesar SO. The post of GDS BPM Hamirpar A/c Adesar fallen vacant due to

retirement of Shri J P Surani from services w.e.f. 31-07-2008. The charge of BO

was given to one of GDS of (out of two GDS) Selari BO from 01-01-2009. Now

the second GDS of Selari BO is retiring on 17-10-10.

The GDS serving three villages namely Sangadh – 6 KM Thanpar -

5 and Karura – 5. Thus combination of duty at Selari BO is not possible. The GDS

attachment at Hamirpar is required to be shifted to his original post w.e.f. 17-10-

2010 after retirement of exisiting GDS Selari BO & no one remain at Hamirpar

BO. GDS also desires his original Post. Therefore, it is requested to permit this

office to shift and attach GDS attachment to Hamirpar BO as GDS Selari BO and

to make appointment of GDS BPM at Hamirpar being zero employee after

shifting of GDS Selari BO attachment after shifting Hamirpar BO. If not

permitted post of GDS at Selari BO is requested to be falled in.
