MaterialsFurnished in Copper-Free Aluminum (Type 6061-T6).

Style ‘D’ Style provides dual bend, 90° radius from fixture to stem. Integral, fully adjustable fixture is positioned beneath a 10-3/4” dia. RLM Reflector with 45° cutoff.

Body Fully machined from solid billet. Unibody design provides enclosed, water-proof wireway and integral heat sink for maximum component life. Integral knuckle for maximum mechanical strength. High temperature, silicone ‘O’ Ring provides water-tight seal.

KnuckleThe LOCK™ (Locking ‘O’ Ring Compression Knuckle) is comprised of two components. The first is integral to the body and features an interior, machined taper. The second is machined from solid billet and features a second, reverse angle taper. The resultant mechanical taper-lock allows a full 180° vertical adjustment without the use of serrated teeth, which inherently limit aiming. High temperature, silicone ‘O’ Ring provides water-tight seal and compressive resistance to maintain fixture position. Design withstands 73 lb. static load prior to movement to ensure decades of optical alignment. Biaxial source control with 360° horizontal rotation in addition to vertical adjustment.

CapFully machined. Accommodates [1] lens or louver media. Flush lens.

StemFully machined, 1” dia. with internal threads for maximum visual appeal. Available in configurable lengths to 48” maximum overall.

LensShock resistant, tempered, glass lens is factory adhered to fixture cap and provides hermetically sealed optical compartment. Specify soft focus (#12) or rectilinear (#13) lens.

BKSSL® Integrated solid state system with ‘e’ technology is scalable for field upgrade. Modular design with electrical quick disconnects permit field maintenance. High power, forward throw source complies with ANSI C78.377 binning requirements. Exceeds ENERGY STAR® lumen maintenance requirements. LM-80 certified components.

Integral, constant current driver. 12VAC/VDC input. 50/60Hz. Proprietary input control scheme achieves power factor correction and eliminates inrush current. Output, over-voltage, open-circuit, and short circuit protected. Inrush current limited to <250mA (non-dimming). Conforms to Safety Std. C22.2 No. 250.13-12.

DimmingLine voltage dimmable via magnetic low voltage dimmer. For use with low voltage dimmer with dedicated neutral conductor. For purposes of dimming: Remote magnetic transformer with BKSSL® Power of ‘e’ technology loads should be loaded to 25% of the transformer VA (watts) rated value.

Optics Interchangeable OPTIKIT™ modules permit field changes to optical distribution. Color-coded for easy reference: Narrow Spot (NSP) = Red. Spot (SP) = Green. Medium Flood (MFL) = Yellow. Wide Flood (WFL) = Blue.

Adjust-e-Lume® (Pat. Pending)Integral electronics allows dynamic lumen response at the individual fixture. Indexed (100% to 25% nom.) lumen output. Maintains output at desired level or may be changed as conditions require. Specify factory preset output intensity.

Installation5” dia., machined canopy permits mounting to 4’’ octagonal junction box. Junction box installation must be designed to hold full fulcrum weight of fixture (junction box and gasket by others).

Remote TransformerFor use with 12VAC remote transformer or magnetic transformers only. B-K Lighting cannot guarantee performance with third party manufacturers’ transformers.

Wiring PVC coated, 18AWG, 150V, 60°C rated and certified to UL 1838 standard.

HardwareTamper-resistant, stainless steel hardware. LOCK™ aiming screw and canopy mounting screws are additionally black oxide treated for additional corrosion resistance.

HOUSINGUnitized 0.125" heavy wall aluminum construction. Upper side vents are protected with perforated aluminum panels. Side vents and bottom lens frame vents provide passive and forced convective cooling of the module. Internal driver compartment is gasketed and sealed.

OPTICSLow copper A356 alloy (<.2% copper) cast aluminum housing. Integrated clear tempered 3/16" glass lens sealed with a continuous silicone gasket protects emitters (LED's) and emitter Reflector-Prism optics, and seals the module from water intrusion and environmental contaminants. Module is sealed to meet an IP67 rating. LED’s are available in standard Neutral White (4000K), or optional Cool White (5000K) or Warm White (3000K). Each emitter is optically controlled by a Reflector-Prism injection molded from H12 acrylic (3 types per module; one from 0° - 50°; one from 50° - 65°; one from 65° - 72°). Each Reflector-Prism has indexing pins for aiming and is secured to an optical plate made of matte black anodized aluminum. The optical plate locates every Reflector-Prism over an emitter. Reflector-Prisms are secured to the optical plate with a UV curing adhesive. The Reflector-Prisms are arrayed to produce IES Type II, III, IV, and V-SQ distributions. The entire Optical Module is field rotatable in 90° increments. Both module and drivers are factory wired using water resistant, insulated cord. Lens, module and drivers are field replaceable.

LED DRIVERSDrivers are UL and cUL recognized mounted on a single plate and factory prewired with quick-disconnect plugs. Constant current driver is electronic and has a power factor of >0.90 and a minimum operating temperature of -40°F. Drivers accept an input of 120-277V, 50/60Hz. (0 - 10V dimmable driver is standard. Driver has a minimum of 3KV internal surge protection.)

MOUNTINGS Arm - One piece heavy wall extruded aluminum with internal draw bolt guides. Arm is secured to housing and pole with stainless steel draw bolts.

Post Top Arms - Four (4) 1" Square extruded aluminum arms welded to a cast aluminum pole top fitter. Arm assembly is mechanically attached to castings welded to either side of the housing.

Wall - Heavy wall extruded aluminum arm with draw bolts integrates with a cast aluminum wall plate and mounting bracket.

Canopy - Standard 1" high cast aluminum mounting plate with central wireway or 2" high heavy gauge wire box with 3/4" conduit knockouts on each side.

FINISHElectrostatically applied TGIC Polyester Powder Coat on substrate prepared with 20 PSI power wash at 140°F. Four step sand blast and iron phosphate pretreatment for protection and paint adhesion. 400°F bake for maximum hardness and durability. Texture finish is standard.
