Traditional Camp ages 5-12: Traditional Camps offer age appropriate activities focused on promoting self-reliance, a love fornature, the outdoors and the development of attitudes and practicesthat build character and leadership. Campers will have the opportunity to make new friends as they explore an exciting themeeach week while rotating through traditional camp activities such asswimming, arts & crafts, STEM, group games, specialty clubs,archery, cooking, special events and much more.

Sessions 1 -10 • MEM: $154 PRO: $168

Red Cross Junior Lifeguard Course ages 11-14: Junior Lifeguardinghas a strong focus on developing strong swimming skills and buildinga foundation of knowledge to become future lifeguards. The courseintroduces participants to lifesaving skills, such as in-water rescues,use of a rescue tube, First aid, CPR and AED. Successful completionof the course will provide participants the opportunity to earn volunteer hours, by shadowing our summer lifeguards, giving them areal sense of being on the job.

Session 3: M-TH: 9:30am-4:30pm MEM: $110 PRO+Community: $130

Red Cross Lifeguard ages 15+: Upon successful completion of thecourse, participants will receive a two-year certification for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED. Students must pass a physical skillstest prior to the class. ID: 453656Session 3: M-TH: 9:30am-4:30pm MEM: $200 PRO+Community: $225

American Safety and Health Institute-Child and Baby SittingSafety (CABS) Course ages 11-15: This program provides training inthe business of babysitting, proper supervision, basic caregivingskills, and responding properly to ill or injured children and infants.Students are required to meet the knowledge and skill objectiveslisted in this program to receive a certification card. LIFEGUARD + BABYSITTING COURSES

Swim Clinics ages 5-7: Campers learn personal water safety andachieve basic swimming skills. Once fundamental skills are mastered,students are taught stroke technique and build endurance. Safety Around Water Clinics ages 7-8 & 9-12: Instruction is designed to orientate “non-swimmers” on basic water safety skills inan effort to prevent the risk of drowning. Course is free for ThemeCampers registered for sessions 1 or 6 that meet the perquisites.Please contact Tina Henderson, Aquatics Director at [email protected] for more details about this course.

Soccer Skills ages 7-19: Players will learn the principles of counterattacking, combination play, attacking and defending, pressure-cover-balance, flank play, zonal defending, finishing and more. Thisone week soccer skills clinic provides all-encompassing training, including position-specific, strategic, physical and mental training,and an encouraging learning environment, so that your child can taketheir athletic game to the next level of competition! National Scouting Report will be in attendance at our clinic for high schoolathletes looking for college exposure.Sessions 1 + 2 • MEM + PRO: $95 (includes t-shirt)

Cheerleading Skills ages 7-18: Our cheer clinic is ideal for beginnersthrough seasoned cheerleaders. Focus will be on cheers, jumps, tumbling, dance and stunts as well as balance, coordination and flexibility. In addition, participants will learn group/team techniqueto include synchronization, timing, formations and spacing.

Basketball Skills ages 7-18: Come get coaching instruction from former NBA Sacramento Kings assistant coach (former coach of NewOrleans Pelicans DeMarcus Cousins), Otis Hughley. We want yourathlete to stand-out as a player and leader by providing the toolsnecessary to make big changes in their game to be a true gamechanger on and off the court. Your child will learn how to become apure shooter, perfect their offensive moves, sharpen ball handlingskills, become a stronger leader, improve defensive mindset, advancein the overall understanding of the fundamentals of basketball, whilehelping achieve personal basketball goals. Professional scouts willbe in attendance at our clinic for high school athletes looking forcollege exposure. Session 4 • MEM + PRO: $95 (includes t-shirt)Ages 7-12: 7AM - 10AM • Ages 13-18: 10AM - 1PM

Volleyball Skills ages 7-18: This program is designed for seasonedand new volleyball players. Your athlete will receive instruction on allbasic fundamental volleyball skills, including attacking, setting, passing, defense, serving and blocking. During this one week skillsclinic, your child will gain basic understanding and knowledge of thegame as well as confidence to compete with players of all skill levels.

Falcons Jr. Travel Camp ages 9-11: Falcons Jr. Travel Camp givescampers the opportunity to enhance their traditional day camp experience by exploring fun destinations off-site on Tuesdays,Wednesdays and Thursdays. Jr. Travel campers will also enjoy traditional summer camp activities on-site at the YMCA every Monday and Friday . Teen Travel Camp ages 12-15: Teen Travel Camp offers a fast-paced,action packed experience for teens who enjoy the outdoors and thrillof trying new things. Navigators ages 13-14: Navigators-Advanced Leadership Camp allows teens an opportunity to experience the best of both worlds.Navigators-ALC participants will enjoy making friends while engagingin traditional camp activities and travel to exciting local attractionsevery Monday and Friday. Campers also benefit from a curriculumdesigned to foster personal growth and awareness through a cultureof service to others. Leaders In Training Camp ages 15-17: Leaders In Training (L.I.T.)Camp is an exclusive leadership program designed to prepare mature, enthusiastic, outgoing teens for future roles as YMCA CampCounselors. L.I.T.s will assist in all aspects of camp from logisticsand hands-on experiences shadowing counselors and working directly with children to other learning-based experiences such asplanning and implementing camp programming.
