LOO Ltd -. is young dynamically booming company, which reacts on the market

since 2007. Our company profiles in sphere of engineering production with

specialization on railway´s and wagon transport.

Place of business is in Prague, but sparkplug, that is operating hall, stands in

pictorial region Vysočina in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem.

One of our principal targets is to become modern, stable and respected

company in terms of the Czech and international market. To achievement this

target we want to go upon these bases: reliability, flexibility and innovational

cooperation with our trading partners.

We are competent to offer high productivity and exactness of cutting because

of utilize CNC technologies, where in combination with initiated three-shift

operation, we guarantee flexible reaction, on the requirements of our clients,

that are often very time-consuming.

We specialize in the machining of parts of the railway technology, that are

subsequently to apply in railway´s and wagon transport. On the cutting of switch

sections and other, on geometry exacting track constructions, we make use of

modern CNC machining centres. In this respect, we are self-sufficient and

individual sections are produce directly in our company.

Currently we dispose of in-house competitive product assortment, which is

supplied completely including material. Specific products are on view in the

Experience in cutting:

In former times – principal production schedule of our company was cutting of

casting and welded remedies on wagons. Our company repetedly passed through

check (verification) from Russian line, where we supplied c. 4000 side plates

(forms) and 2000 crossbars (traverses) monthly.

We shape cast about 6,5 ton, that is principle for American locomotive.

WELDING – CERTIFIKATION:

ISO 9001 : is the standard that provides a set of standardized requirements for a

quality management system. Helping you ensure your products consistently meet

the needs of your customers and regulatory requirements.

ČSN EN 15085 CL1 and EN ISO 3834-2 : These certificates ensure proper

control and competence in the welding process both in the railway interior

design and in the other processes with metal components.

We weld side plate for the wagon, transmission housing, steel constructions and

other.

WELDING EQUIPMENT:

Welder Fronius Trans Puls - Pulse welder CO2.With the power of 400 A device

meets the highest requirements of the automotive and supply industry, equipment

construction, chemical equipment, machinery, rail vehicles and ships.

Welder Küthreiber - CO2 welder. Machines with a removable feeder for heavy

metal and industrial use. They are certified professional industrial welding

machines with powerful transformer and robust all-metal wire shift. Max power

400A.

PAINTING

We apply the powder painting. Box dimensions are 12 m x 12 m x 10 m
