Seats Available for Admission
For the purpose of admission to the first year Engineering Courses, available seats shall include,-
A. Government Seats. -
• All the sanctioned seats of the Engineering and Technology Courses in the Government Colleges orInstitutions of the State,
• All the sanctioned seats of the Engineering and Technology Courses in the aided Colleges or Institutions,
• Fifty percent of the total sanctioned seats of the Engineering and Technology Courses in the unaidedColleges or Institutions, and
• All supernumerary seats of the professional courses in the Government colleges or institutions and in theaided and unaided Colleges or Institutions.
B. Management Seats: -
• Fifty percent seats of the total sanctioned seats of the Engineering and Technology courses in the unaidedcolleges or institutions.
• The intimation received, in respect of sanction of seats, by the Admission Committee three days prior tothe counselling program, shall be considered as available seats.
Provided that the Government Seats shall be offered for online admission for two rounds by the AdmissionCommittee.
The registration, merit list of the Management Seats shall be managed, finalized and declared by theconcerned institution through Admission Committee portal or Institutions portal as convenient.
Eligibility for Bachelor of Engineering and Technology
(Government Seats)
Eligibility for Admission :The aspiring candidate shall have passed Std. 12 (Science Stream) from single boardwith minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST/SEBC/EWSs candidates) in three subjects withPhysics and Mathematics as two compulsory subjects and third subject as optionalsubject from Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any Technical Vocational Subjectas prescribed by the concerned board, and shall have appeared in Entrance examinationas specified for respective criteria of seats as mentioned below.
[A] For 95% seats of total sanctioned intake of Government/Grant-in-Aid Institutionsand 50% of total sanctioned intake of unaided Institutions: A candidate shall haveobtained minimum Qualification as mentioned above from schools located in Gujaratstate in line with other eligibility criteria from recognised board duly stated in admissionrules, and shall have appeared in GUJCET - 2020 examination.
[B] For 5% seats of total sanctioned intake of Government/Grant-in-Aid Institutions : Acandidate shall have obtained minimum Qualification as mentioned above from schoolslocated in India (including Gujarat State) duly affiliated with any recognized board, andshall have appeared in JEE (Main) - 2020 examination.
If a candidates is eligible for both the above stated criteria [A] and [B], he can apply forboth from a single application only.
• The Admissions under Government seats willbe centrally carried out by ACPC.
• There will be TWO online rounds, after suchvacant seats of Unaided institute will betransferred into Management Seats.

Candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from school located outsideIndia with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE from time to time, andequivalency defined by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi shall be eligiblefor admission.
It is not mandatory for candidate to have ACPC merit rank to be eligible formanagement seats.
• The admission procedure of the management seatsshall be online and managed and finalized by theconcerned institution.
• The Seat distribution, merit lists, online counsellingschedule shall be displayed on the web-site of theconcerned institution.
• Each institute will have to conduct admission processin a fair, transparent & non-exploitative manner andno eligible candidate should be denied issuing oraccepting his/her admission form.

Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme
• A maximum up to 5 % of intake of Government / Grant-in-aid and Self-
financed institutes seats are considered,
• These are supernumerary seats.
• No tuition fees to be paid during four years,
• The Scheme is for all category of candidates including open.
• The admission is given on the basis of merit only.
• While filling the choices separate choice is to be given for this scheme.
Eligibility Criteria:
1) The annual income of family from all sources shall not exceed than 8.0 lakhs.
2) Valid Income certificate issued by following authorities;
a) Jan-seva Kendra, Collector office
b) Mamlatdar / Deputy Mamalatdar c) District Development Officer (DDO)
d) Taluka Vikas Adhikari (TDO) d) Samaj Kalyan office
Following documents are not valid: Form-16, income tax return copy, Certificate issued by Sarpanch.
Income Certificate

• Security: No security requires up to 7.50 lacs
• No Processing Fee
• Repayment: Commences two years after completion of the course or six month after getting employment. No repayment penalty
• Eligibility: Should be an Indian National & should secure admission on merit to professional/technical courses in India including MQ
• Interest subsidy to Economically Weaker Section (EWC): EWC means whose family income is less than 4.5 lacs. Income certificate shall be issued by District Collector, Dy. Collector/Asst. Collector/Prant Officer & Mamlatdar
• Student should have the Aadhar card and the PAN Card
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swawlamban Yojna (MYSY)
Eligibility criteria
1. Student in any stream passing standard 10th with 80 percentile for diploma admission in recognised engineering polytechnic.
2. Student in any stream passing standard 12th with 80 percentile for any recognised professional course like engineering, pharmacy, medical, dental etc including commerce.
3. Gross family annual income should be Rs. 6 Lac or below for current financial year (income proof from competent authority)
4. Student of any category can apply, no need of caste certificate.
Scholarship:
1. Student in diploma polytechnic the admissible scholarship ismaximum up to Rs.30000 or 50% of annual tuition feewhichever is less.
2. Student in degree engineering ,pharmacy the admissiblescholarship is maximum up to Rs.50000 or 50% of annual feewhichever is less.
3. Student in medical, dental the admissible scholarship ismaximum up to Rs.200000 or 50 % of annual fee whichever isless.
4. In any other professional degree course amount of scholarshipis up to Rs.10000.
5. Over and above in first year every eligible students will getsadhan sahay as fixed amount
6. Rs.12000 Food bill is also given to hostel students studyingoutside taluka on submission of proof.
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swawlamban Yojna (MYSY)
Application Procedure for MYSY Candidate has to apply after completion of admission
