ACCESS REQUIREMENTS To help us ensure that all attendees of the IJ Awards are able to participate fully, please let us know about any requirements you have by contacting the customer service team using the details above.

CANCELLATIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS Cancellations received in writing 28 days prior to the first day of the IJ Awards will be refunded in full less an administration charge of £100. Cancellations made within 28 days to the start of the IJ Awards will be charged 100% of the full invoice value.

BOOKING CONDITIONS A receipt or invoice (as appropriate) will be sent to you within 2 working days of your booking. Payment must be received before the event start date. If we have not received payment in full and cleared funds by the event start date, attendees will be asked to guarantee payment with a credit card.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS We always provide vegetarian options at our events, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.
