• Triception(TriangleofWell-being)isthewayweperceivetheflowofenergyandinformationinthetriangleofwell-being.Weperceivethisflowasitmovesthroughthenervoussystem(brainasmechanismofflow),asitismonitoredandmodified(mindasregulation),andasitiscommunicatedamongpeople(relationshipsassharing).Asthisisatriangleofnotjustenergyandinformationflow,butofwell-being,triceptionisthewayweperceiveourstatesofintegrationandthenmovethesystemfromchaosand/orrigiditytowardtheharmonyofintegrativeflow.Thistriangleisofanintegratedbrain,empathicrelationships,andacoherent,resilientmind.1
