The mechanic finishes the job and e-sign off the task as completed
After evaluating the contract, the store clerk finds that internal part can be used in lieu of customer part provided an approval from customer representative is obtained. So, he raises an approval request

Warehouse Anywhere
What happens when a warehouse clerk receives a material request?Without Warehouse Anywhere, typically when the store clerk receives a material request or a stock transfer, he walks back to his work station, logs into it, searches for the part, finds out the quantity available in the store, the zone it is located in, picks it up, bring it back and issues the part.
With Warehouse Anywhere, life becomes simpler for a store clerk when he can just log into the application on his phone from anywhere within the geo-fencing perimeter of the warehouse and scan the pick ticket to start his operation. He then searches for the requested part. The to-do list will help the store clerk to keep a tab on the actions that are pending such as parts put on hold due to unavailability, avoiding any important issues to fall through the cracks.

Designed for MRO organizations, “Customer Anywhere” helps users sync better with their customers. Besides offering their customers the ability to track their maintenance at a work order or an individual task level, the app allows MROs to transparently speed up customer authorizations on maintenance quotes, additional scopes, new discrepancies and even pending invoices for balance payments via in-app notifications.

Mechanic Anywhere
In conventional line-maintenance scenario, the supervisor schedules the task, plans the material which would then be assigned to a mechanic. If the task is on-priority, the supervisor will call the mechanic to inform him regarding the same. The mechanic will then walk back to his laptop to see the task and manually access the instructions, the sub tasks and the publications that are relevant to it. To reduce this lead time from the planning to the execution and to expedite the entire work process, Ramco introduces the intuitive app “Mechanic Anywhere”
Mechanic Anywhere is primarily targeted for mechanics, technicians and engineers to perform their day to day line maintenance activities at ease. Mechanics can work from tablets, read the work they have to perform, complete that work and sign off electronically and keep accurate electronic records.

Approve Anywhere
“Approve Anywhere” app cuts the clutter and simplifies the approval process by bringing all approvals under one roof. This eradicates waiting time for approvals, rejections, purchase authorizations, invoice acceptance or modifications that typically puts on hold the otherwise seamless internal workflow of maintaining an aircraft within an organization. Notifications of the respective actions pending are pushed through the app to the palm of the user to take necessary actions on the go, eliminating the need to use a work station.
This app is primarily targeted at the procurement, loans and repair and inventory managers to expedite organization processes. This helps the managers to review and approve on the fly. When a user logs into the app he would be able to see the documents governed by him and access the to-do list which acts as an alerting mechanism on the pending approvals then the user can see the relevant information and prove the approval on the go
