Every Minnesota Head Coach is required to: Complete the Continuing Education Requirement
(CER) beginning in the fall of 2011. Complete the sport specific Rule Interpretation

The CER and Rule Interpretation Meeting are only accessible through the ‘Coaches Clipboard’ page

Coaches must complete all 4 chapters of the CER prior to having access to the Rules Interpretation Meeting
A checkmark will appear in front of the link upon completion of that Chapter
Once you begin a chapter you can stop and then return to it at a later time to complete
The Rule Interpretation Meeting link will not be active until Chapters 1-4 are complete
The Rule Interpretation Meeting will only be available during the dates listed in parenthesis

Non-Compliance
Step One – Miss the Deadline for the CER and Rule Interp. Mtg. Take NFHS Sport Specific Rules Test Complete Chapters 1-4 of the CER Return to the League within 14 calendar days and pass by 80%Step Two – If the Coach doesn’t pass by 80% and/or complete the
