• Always optimal engine setting• Higher productivity

– Optimal engine performance at all times– No time spent on carburettor adjustments

• Compensates for– Different fuels; low quality, ethanol, alkylate fuel (e.g.Aspen)– Altitude– Temperature, cold start– Humidity– Clogged air filter

AutoTune- Microprocessor

• A microprocessor is integrated into the valve housing, connected to the ignition module, monitoring engine RPM as well as fuel-air mixture.

• The digitally controlled magnetic valves opening and closing is synchronised with the RPM.

• The frequency of opening and closing of magnetic valve is variable, which regulates the fuel feed.

The AutoTune carburettor imitates the standard carburettor by using a fuel valve that can be opened and closed. The fuel valve is controlled by the micro processor.

AutoTune-Engine Diagnostic Tool

A service tool connecting computer with chain sawFunctions:•Diagnoses errors, codes•Tests

–Throttle sensor–Temerature sensor–Fuel Valve

•Service notes–Electronic service book

•Data–Operating time–Number of starts >1 min–Most recent engine fuel setting adjust–Max speed last run–carb temp

Max, history–Fuel settings–Time spent different rpm´s interval, idling, cutting, max
