o Checking of Doors and Windows for proper functioning including Hardware
o Checking of Granite copings, wash basin and Kitchen counters
o Checking of Decks and Railings

Plumbing:
o The necessary quality check been conducted on the concealed or embedded
plumbing pipes (Verification of Documentary proof to be provided by Builder).
o Checking for functioning of fittings and fixtures

o Check for any apparent leakages of pipes and also at the false ceiling in Toilets

with main Circuit Breaker, Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB), and other Circuit
