1. Write the names of pupils/students and other important information in the Modified SF1.2. Click "June" button to access its sheet. Type the dates in the appropriate column.3. Hide unused rows so that they will not appear in the final printout. You can unhide them anytime if you need to.4. Indicate the day in the appropriate cell before checking the attendance of pupils/students. Computation will only take place if the day is specified.
