DIRECTIONS1. Combine ingredients for Garlic Marinade and
marinate pork for 15 minutes.
2. While pork marinates, blanch noodles in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
3. Mix together ingredients for Lo Mein Sauce. Set aside.
4. Cook marinated pork in ½ cup oil; set aside.
5. Heat remaining oil until hot. Sauté ginger, mushrooms and green onions 1 minute.
6. Add Lo Mein Sauce and cook, stirring constantly to prevent lumps, until thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
7. Add noodles and pork; toss lightly.
8. Garnish with mung bean sprouts.
