Rental Agreement

1. All rentals are based on a 24 hour period unless other arrangements

are made in advance.

2. Dishes are to be scraped free of any food particles and cups and glasses

are to emptied of any liquid and returned to their appropriate boxes.

3. All tables and chairs must be closed, stacked in an upright

position and ready for pick up.

4. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the

time of delivery of pick up to the time of return. Please be sure

all equipment and boxes are protected from the weather.

5. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage. Any items

lost or damaged will be charged to credit card provided to secure

the order.

6. Prices in effect from January 01, 2014, and are subject to 2,017

change without notice.

7. A credit card number is required to secure all orders.

8. All tent rental functions will be subject to a 30% non-refundable

deposit at time of booking.

Deliveries

1. Deliveries are subject to delivery charges based on geographica l

location. A minimum order is required for delivery.

2. All deliveries will be made to front ground level only.

arrangements can be made to deliver to your basement or back

yard for an additional charge. Delivery is Monday- Friday from

9:00am-4:00pm. Any other time is an additional cost.
