The provision of any treatment is subject to our authorisation and clinical approval by the approved hospital who will provide the procedure. We can change what procedures we will offer from time to time and may do so without providing prior notice. This may include us adding or removing any procedure. We will not fund any item on the list if you make arrangements before obtaining our authorisation or at a hospital we do not authorise you to use. Not all procedures are available at all approved hospitals within our network, therefore in some cases additional travel to another facility may be required. We will not enter into any discussion about the composition of our procedure list with members, GPs, Consultants or any other person or medical professional.
