LOCATION Auchlinn is situated approximately 6 miles north east of Turriff, 8 miles south east of Banff and 46 miles north west of Aberdeen in the county of Aberdeenshire.

DIRECTIONS From Turriff take the A947 to Banff turning onto the B9105 signposted Fraserburgh. Follow this road for 3 miles turning left at signpost to Auchlinn. Follow the un-classified road to the T junction turning right. Follow this road for 1 mile and Auchlinn can be found on the left hand side.From the A98 take the un-classified road signposted King Edward for 1.5 miles. Turn left at the Bridge of Auchlinn and thereafter Auchlinn can be found on the right hand side.

SITUATIONAuchlinn is situated in a prime farming area, well known for its productive and fertile land.

NITRATE VULNERABLE ZONE (NVZ)All of the land is included within Aberdeenshire/Banff & Buchan Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME (BPS) The majority of the land is eligible for claiming Basic Payments. The BPS entitlements have been established by the seller and are not included in the sale of the land.
