You can profit from our many years of experience and professional consul-
tation services for explosion protection. We train and advise our customers
and dealers on subjects regarding explosion protection in general, as well
as maintenance and repair of stackers for use in explosion hazard areas.
None of our equipment uses “gas sniffers”. Even though such devices may
appear more economical at the time of procurement, their intensive main-
tenance and unfitness for use in gas atmospheres make them incompatible
with our safety concept.

For over 30 years we have produced stackers for use in explosion hazard
zones, which has provided us with an immense amount of knowhow in this
sensitive field.
New and innovative technologies allow us to continue to offer our customers

Our drawbar stacker series for Zones 1 and 21 are equipped with CAN bus
technology, maintenance-free AC travel and elevating motors. Overall size
and handling same as standard equipment. Conductive synthetic material is
used on the drawbar head and mast cover.

All our products are developed using the module system. For our explosion-
proof stackers, this means using the greatest possible number of standard
components, to simplify parts stocking for our customers. The optimized
module system even allows custom versions of our explosion-proof equipment.
Whether standard or custom-built – Our explosion-proof vehicles are de-
signed for every day use in Explosion Hazard Zones 1 and 2 as well as
Zones 21 and 22.
Every inquiry is checked minutely by our experts for feasibility and conformity
with explosion protection regulations. Barrel tippers, straddler chassis and
other mechanical as well as electrical specialties are no problem.

EXG 035 Barrel tipping clamp was produced as a special version for use in explosion hazard areas.
