Why?

To share to Gospel and bring churches together. How? By providing a quality, high-energy event that

students will want to invite their friends to and beg to come back to next year! We will have a rally at

the beginning of the night with crowd games, live music and a speaker that will share the Gospel clearly

and effectively. Last year we once again saw many students come to Christ and God move in a mighty

way! Be a part of what God is doing through RUSH HOUR!

The night will begin at a church nearby EMU (TBD) for the Rally. Registration and the rally will take

place there and then we will drive over to the Rec Center for the rest of the night where the students can

explore the building and choose what activities they would like to do throughout the night. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY!!! THERE ARE DEADLINES!

Cost: $30 per student pre-registered, $35 at the door

The cost did go up this year because EMU raised their prices. Sorry!

Interested? Planning on coming? PLEASE let us know! We want to make this the best event that we can but in order to do that we need to know around how many people

are coming. Please give us an estimate of how many STUDENTS you think might come (don’t exaggerate)by

October 6th. Simply email your best guess of number of students to pastorjim@pbcplymouth.org—don’t worry,

we won’t hold you to that number. At least let us know if you are planning on coming as a church.

Early Bird Registration Early bird registration ends October 27th. All pre-registration slips must be postmarked by October 27th;

otherwise it will be counted as the door price ($35 per student) and the balance will be due at the door. Early bird

registration must include a name for each student and the $30 per student. All sales are final; however, ex-

changes are permissible. Please make checks payable to Praise Baptist. If you are unable to do early-bird regis-

tration, you still need to register your sponsors and get your insurance information in by Nov. 9th.

Transportation Each church is required to provide its own to the event. The event will begin at Cross and Resurrection Church at

a church nearby EMU (TBD). The event will then continue at the Rec Center. Directions and maps will be

emailed out to every church that informs us that they are planning on coming. Please use these directions.

Insurance Each church group needs to provide an insurance rider per Eastern Michigan’s request in case of an accident at

the facility. This will be due by October 27th. Please list Eastern Michigan Recreation Center as the Location.

Staff Needs If you bring a group of students you need to provide a staff person/sponsor for every 7 students. The sponsor

should be a mature adult that can contribute in supervising the students. The sponsor’s role will be to help run

the event. Each sponsor will be scheduled to rotate on certain events. There will be free time for every sponsor.

Sponsors need to be registered by November 9th also. There is no cost for sponsors. If you need to do shifts with

the sponsors, please make sure that you have the appropriate number of adults at the lock-in during all hours of

the night. Thanks!

Registration At registration, a Registration/Code of Conduct Form will be due for each student. Please be sure to make

enough copies and have each student (including visitors) fill this out. If a parent signature is unavailable, a

group leader signature will do. Please send one staff member in to register and then distribute the wristbands to

the students and then bring in your students after you have registered. There is limited space in the foyer of

Cross and Resurrection Church. Thanks! After your students are given a wristband, they may enter into the

foyer of the Church and they can then register for special events such as the tournaments.

Available Resources? Flyers, 11x17 Posters and registration forms are available in hard copy (you pick them up) or through email

in .pdf form if you would like them. Print the flyers two-sided and cut in half. Simply request other materials
