ATTENDANCE IN THE MID-YEAR CONFERENCE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, MONITORING AND EVALUATION (QATAME)

ASSOCIATES FOR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

This pertains to the attached Regional Memo No. 140 s. 2018, dated 12 July 2018, entitled "Mid-Year Conference of Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (QATAME) Associates for Learning and Development", scheduled on July 24, 2018 at the Waling-Waling Hall, F. Torres St., Davao City, at 8:00 AM.

2. The conference aims to share the best practices in QATAME; present QATAME result per learning area of critical content activity by QATAME Team Leaders; produce regional consolidated QATAME result of critical content activity; present mid-year QATAME accomplishments; and plan future directions for the 3d and 4 th quarters of FY 2018.

3. In relation to this, you are hereby directed to attend the said activity. You are also to prepare a 3-minute Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP) on best practices, including the future directions of QATAME, and submit a narrative accomplishment report. Please see the attachment for the details of the report.

4. Travel expenses shall be charged against local funds while meals and snacks shall be charged against Regional Office funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Mid-Year Conference of Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (QATAME) Associates for Learning and Development

To: Schools Division Superintendents Chief, Quality Assurance Division

1. Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9155 'Governance of the Basic Education Act of

2001", regionalized Education Governance for quality assurance in promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the conduct of activities, allowing feedback and management action, measuring achievement of learning objectives by collecting, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data through

Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (QATAME).

Hence, a Mid-Year Conference of all QATAME Associates will be conducted at

DepEd Regional Office Waling-Waling Hall, F. Torres St., Davao City on July 24, 2018 at 8:00 in the morning.

2. This conference aims to:

a. share the best practices in QATAME; b. present QATAME result per learning area of critical content activity by

QATAME Team leaders; c. produce regional consolidated QATAME result of critical content activity;

and d. present mid-year QATAME accomplishments; e. plan future directions for the 3rd and 4th Quarters of FY 2018

3. Each division shall present a three (3)-minute Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP) on best practices including future directions of QATAME. A Narrative

Accomplishment Report in printed copy shall be submitted in this office through

Quality Assurance Division, Attention: Dr. Brenda S. Belonfo, QATAME RXI Focal Person, for the consolidated midyear accomplishments. Further, e-copy of each accomplishment shall be sent to: gad roxi(yahoo, cc;brendajacobocdeped.gov.ph .

4. The Team leader of each Critical Content Learning Area of the Regional Mass Training of Teachers shall present the consolidated result of QATAME using the

standard forms. Printed and e-copies shall be submitted to the above addresses.

Attached is the list of QATAME Associates.

5. Travel Expenses and other incidental expenses of the participants shall be

charged against local funds, while food and activity venue shall be charged against

Regional Office Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and

regulations.

6. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this Memorandum is desired.
