• 1st February, 1942

Champaklal H. Choksi, Chimanlal H. Choksi, Suryakant C. Dani

and Arvind R. Vakil get together to bmanufacture paint in a

garage on Foras Road, Bombay. They name their company‘The Asian Oil & Paint Company’.
