festival of the voiceCommunity Service Award
The Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice traces its roots to 2009 when acclaimed opera singers Maria

an annual four-day festival, attracting over 5,000 people to Ulster County and promoting the human voice as an instrument of healing, peace and artistic expression.
