Transfer of the facebow registrationto the transfer table

No Plast set 無需石膏固定模型

1 - Articulator centric is closed. Loosen the holding screw of the anterior guidance pin 將咬合器的正中鎖定， (CT 為左右兩個白色快鎖夾壓下 ) 旋鬆前齒導引釘螺絲。

2 - Remove anterior guidance pin from the top part of the Artex articulator 將咬合器的前齒導引釘從咬合器上部取出。

3 - Remove anterior guidance pin from the top part of the Artex articulator 將咬合器的前齒導引釘從咬合器上部取出。

4 - Loosen the holding screw on the front tooth guidance dish 將咬合器的前齒導引盤螺絲旋鬆

5 - Remove the front tooth guidance dish from base of the Artex articulator 將咬合器的前齒導引盤從咬合器下部取出。

6 - Insert the front tooth guidance dish backwards into the top of the Artex (high edge is visible from the front)

將咬合器的前齒導引盤反方向放入咬合器上部 ( 藍色高的部分朝外 ) 。

7 - Fix the holding screw on the front tooth guidance dish 將咬合器的前齒導引盤固定螺絲扭緊

8 - Insert the transfer jig into the front groove in the base of the Artex up to the stop position 將轉移架放入咬合器底部，要推入到底。

9 - Fix the holding screw of the transfer jig 將轉移架螺絲鎖緊，固定在咬合器底部

10 - Open the holding screw of the front tooth guidance dish and slide the plate to the front, till there is a stop on the high edge of the transfer jig. Refix the holding screw 將前齒導引盤固定螺絲轉鬆，向前移直到可停靠在轉移架上，再將前齒導引盤固定螺絲轉緊。

11 - Place bite fork support into the base part of the Artex 將咬叉支撐放在咬合器磁性底部中央 ( 會吸住 )

12 - Insert the joint support into the receptacle on the transfer jig 將取下的面弓記錄關節部份套在轉移架上接合部位

13 - Insert the joint support into the receptacle on the transfer jig 將取下的面弓記錄關節部份套在轉移架上接合部位

14 - Fix the joint support into the transfer jig with the adapter bolt on the joint support 用關節上的螺栓將面弓記錄關節部份固定在轉移架上

15 - Detach the support pin and place the articulator upon its head. Detach the screws on the bite fork support 將咬合器上面的支持釘取下，倒放咬合器並轉鬆咬叉支撐上的固定螺栓使降下支撐

16 - Bring the crossbar on the bite fork support into contact with the bite fork - fix the screw on the bite fork support.The crossbar stabilises the bite fork 使支撐橫桿接觸到咬叉後再固定咬叉支撐螺絲，如此交叉咬叉橫桿將使咬叉得到支撐

17 - Replace the articulator in working position, open and insert Splitex counterplate>> Artex Facebow Homepage 再正放咬合器，鎖上支撐柱並掀開咬合器上部，將白 ( 藍 ) 色著裝板含圓鐵片固定在磁鐵座上

18 - Opened articulator before insertion of the upper jaw model 在放入上顎石膏模之前請先掀開咬合器

19 - Insertion of the upper jaw model (with attached secondary plate) in the impression of the bite fork 放入上顎石膏模，對放在咬叉上的印模

33 - After hardening of the articulation plaster. Open the centric locking device on the Artex CR - turn the centric lever to the top

37 - Loosen the adapter bolt on the joint support

Detach the model from the mould – 分離印模和模型

apply a leverage effect throughthe plaster knife onto the modelplaster, not on the base plate 用石膏刀將

Systematically etch in theearly contacts with a scalpelfollowing the known grinding
