About the Project

Background• 127 Street, from 118 Avenue to Yellowhead

Trail, is scheduled for road reconstruction in 2016.

• Part of the Arterial Renewal Program• Concept Plan developed in 2014/2015

Scope of work• Full reconstruction of 127 Street• Maintain existing 4 travel lanes• Narrow median to widen travel lanes• Sidewalk reconstruction on east side of 127

Street• Maintain service road and neighbourhood

access

Transit Detours and Community Shuttle All Changes Start April 24

Route Detours (12, 115, 128, and 150)• All bus stops on 127 Street between 118 Avenue and

Yellowhead Trail will be closed during construction.

• Routes 115, 128, and 150 will be detoured from Sherbrooke

Avenue and 127 Street.

• Route 12 will be detoured from 118 Avenue and 127 Street.

• Additional travel time will be added to affected routes during

peak hours. ETS will monitor and adjust as required.

• New schedules will be available online at www.takeETS.com

Temporary Community Shuttle (Route 398)• Free Shuttle Service for Prince Charles and Sherbrooke

• Weekdays: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Weekends: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Service operates every 20 minutes.
