Ghana Design/BuildSummer 2014The Ghana study abroad program was a chance for us students to design and construct a residence for a village in need of more housing for its residents. We spent 6 weeks in Ghana, West Africa. Out of that time, 21 days were spent building our 2 person residence on the side of a hill over-looking the small village of Abrafo near Cape Coast, Ghana. We constructed ev-erything from the foundation to the very bricks we were using to create the structure.

Clifton Library

The Clifton Library project was a design created to replace the existing Clifton Libary located on Ludlow Avenue.

Modular Installation

The design of this art instal-lation came from the prompt of creating an engaging entry space into a movie theater. I wanted to crated a dreamlike and wild three-dimensional experience for the people traveling through the installation because I believe such an experience mimics what occurs within the theater. The installation is simply a series of towering, hollow modules in-terconnectiong to create the in-teresting form.

This print was created for the Jacksonville, FL resta-ruant “Dig Foods”. The food venue takes pride in its lo-cally farmed and vegan ori-ented gourmet fare. In knwing the intentions of the res-taurant, I wanted to design an identity that captured the farmed and home-grown aspects of “Dig Foods.”
