According to the Meetingbarometer 56 % find their internal meetings as ineffective. They lack of clear purpose, professional facilitation and are poorly prepared. At the same time we identify these 3 factors, Well defined purpose, excellent meeting leadership and thorough preparations as key factors in creating participation. At TEDxHumlegården I presented the result of another survey - trying to explain why these 3 factors create participation. Welcome to our differences.
