The poor people stayed in the city.
They didn’t have enough money to build their own houses.

Vertical houses with open spaces = residential landscape

= practical
Huge buildings with lots of little apartments
Since the 60’s, people had to live

Prosperity bomb in the 60’s
Economic = rise
People became rich = individualistic
Every family had his own house (nearby city + detached house)
Now…
“Your house lives longer than you…”

Floor plan except for the floor plan, the family could choose how they wanted their house
Before: - white blocks in plaster - houses built in a very short time
Now: - bricks - it takes a long time to build a house
