System operation and maintenance
The complete assembly will be commissioned by an ArcAqua representative.
Power:
The control cabinet will be connected to a 220V power supply
Air:
The air regulator will be connected to a supply of clean, dry air at 3 bar pressure.
Water:
The water regulator will be connected to a supply of clean water at 5 bar pressure.
The control system is set to run at a 2.2 bar air pressure and 2.5 bar water pressure
minimum settings. If the air or water pressure is too low the system will not operate and
the indicator lights on the front panel will not illuminate. This safety factor is controlled by
the water and air pressure switches and must be set by an ArcAqua technician.
Pressure Gauges:
Water: the gauge at the inlet shows the factory supply pressure
The gauge at the inlet to the supply cabinet will indicate the pressure at the ozone heads.
This pressure is set by an ArcAqua technician and will usually be 3 bar. This can be done
by removing the screw cap (see water pressure regulator diagram, no.2) and adjusting by
means of a suitable Allen key.
Air: The gauge is set to 2.5 bar pressure.

The ozone heads should generate a symmetrical spray and be free of drips while
operating. If a problem of this nature occurs, unscrew the shroud by hand then remove the
retaining nut and clean the spray tip and filter. Replace if necessary.
The air volume control should only be adjusted by an ArcAqua representative.
Keep the panels locked and secure the key.
Take care there is high voltage at the generator power supply.
Maintenance Schedule:
Daily: The air regulator bowl should be checked daily
Weekly: The water filter should be checked weekly depending on the condition of the
water
Monthly: Filters at the ozone head should be checked monthly
Troubleshooting
The unit will not work if there is no power. The red light must be showing for the unit to be
ready for operation.
If there is no red light showing there is no power to the unit.
The unit also has two blue lights indicating whether the water and air supply is on or off. If
either of these lights are not showing; it means that the unit is receiving insufficient water
or air pressure.
