Co-op Development Goals:
o Gain a better understanding of the Insurance Industry
o Understand a Business Analyst’s role and a BA’s contribution within the IT department
o Learn more about Arbella software, such as SQL
o Gain an understanding of Arbella’s Software Development Life Cycle
o Develop IT skills in Software Development and Data Analysis
o Get a comprehensive understanding of how each team and system works within the IT department
o Participate in job shadows to understand other department functions and roles
