Karen Meehan, Farleigh Dickinson UniversityBA, Business ManagementResident, CMCA Karen has completed her CMCA, has completed the requirements for AMS and is taking courses through CAI working toward a PCAM Certification. Karen oversees all Property Managers and Accounting and Administrative Staff in the areas of Administration, Financial, and Property. Karen works closely with both the Board of Trustees and committees with the A & R team to ensure accomplishment of goals and that project deadlines are completed, on time and within budget. Karen and her staff ensure that consideration and service is first and foremost to the homeowners.
