• Composition: Aquasorb is a superabsorbent anionic polyacrylamide polymer. It is a crosslinked copolymers of acrylamide and potassium acrylate that is water insoluble.

• How it works: The product has the property of absorbing up to four hundred times its weight in distilled water and it becomes gel

• In contact with water, the polymer network expands, thanks to an osmosis process and stores the moisture into its structure.

• Into the soil, Aquasorb swells in wet conditions and readily releases the moisture in dry conditions.

• The moistire absorbtion/desorbtion cycle enhances the water ability to the roots and reduces seeds and plants roots from drought stress.

Benefits of Aquasrob in Hydroseeding application

• Aquasrob, increases the moisture holding capacity of soils and improve seed germination from the moment of the Hydroseeding application.

• Provides additional moisture for seed germination and stand establishment.

• Enhance seed and plant growth in order to meet State Germination standards (6-8 weeks in full germination).

• Water and Nutrients are continuously available in the root zone for optimal absorption.

• Limits losses of water and nutrients due to leaching.

• Stabilize newly graded soils.

• Aquasorb increases the consistency of the slurry mix and allows to cover more uniformly the Hydroseeding mix.

• The vegetation cover develops over the whole treated areas.
