FAB LIVINGAre you over 60 and looking for an opportunity to keep active but have lots of fun at the same time?

Aqualink offers a health, wellness and social program specifically for retired or semi-retired members aged over 60 years.

The Fab Living program gives you access to specific group fitness classes to get the body moving and gentle exercise for stretching and wellbeing. These classes combine fun and fitness in a supportive and socially-interactive environment. A program will also be developed for you in the gym to help you maintain muscle strength.

Benefits of participating in regular exercise and strength training include improvements in cardiovascular endurance, mobility, muscle strength, energy and self-esteem.

The opportunity to socialise is an important part of the program. Most mornings after group fitness, the “Fabbies” catch up for coffee at the café because it’s as much about the social activity as it is about the exercise.

Aqualink also organises various social activities throughout the year. Join us as we take you on walks, visit some of Melbourne’s great attractions, enjoy a luncheon and celebrate special occasions throughout the year.
