• 2009 APS Rate Case Settlement Agreement– Projected to be >10% of retail sales by 2015 (3.4 GWh)– Double the RES target for 2015

• Arizona Energy Efficiency Standards– Savings equivalent to 22% of retail sales by 2020

• Integrated Resource Planning Rule– 10-year plan filed every two years
