An e-mail communication of First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena
Dear PazNaz Special Needs Families and Friends;
I hope and pray you are doing well. April is a time of spring
and this year when we celebrate Easter. In our culture, this
holiday has become over commercialized much like
Christmas. As follower of Jesus we need to remember the
reason for this celebration, which is not about egg hunts
and Easter bunnies, while those are fun. It is about the
death, burial and resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ. As
you and your family celebrate Easter this year, it is my hope
and prayer that you will not forget the reason we celebrate.
As we enter into Holy week, there are many opportunities
for your family to come and remember the sacrifice of our
savior. Please see the list below.
Please also note that both Oasis Sunday School and the
Well classes will not be meeting on Easter Sunday.
Oasis Wednesday nights will also be on break April 1
and 8 and will return on the 15th.
On Easter Sunday both Mosaic and Special Needs chil-
dren’s classes will be
meeting during the 10:30
Easter service.
HAPPY EASTER
