Among the main contributions are:
Matching between the program contracts and the concession contracts, so that both can
present goals, deadlines and other conditions, so that the citizen knows when and how it will be attended and there can be due punishment for those who do not lead a good service;
ANA - National Water Agency, providing regulatory oversight to other agencies - thus standardizing the current regulation - and arbitrating conflicts.
