Preview Night offers an opportunity for Eighth Graders and theirparents to meet our high school administrators and the freshmancounselor. We’ll use this opportunity to review important informationabout class selection, scheduling and graduation requirements; andyou’ll be the first to receive a copy of our 2016-17 Course Catalog/Pathway Guide. Afterwards, we invite you to tour the building.
ON THE AGENDA:• Course selection, including AP and dual enrollment• e career and technical pathways your student can explore • Our award-winning clubs, sports and student-run enterprises• ASD’s unique Senior Project and service learning requirements• Pose your own questions to our panel of students

across the nation including: Penn State, Cal Tech, UCLA, Johns Hopkins, Rutgers, Northwestern, Cornell, UVA and UC-Davis.
• Both our high schools have achieved “Recognition School” status.• Our District has been named to the National AP Honor Roll twice.• 94% of our alumni attending 4-year institutions complete their first
year successfully and return for a second year of college–well above the national average.
• ASD students have a 97% daily school attendance rate.
