It's been a great journey, with ups and downs, but learning in each of our challenges taken. Challenges that were once fears but we had the courage to overcome them and move on, always with the excellence that characterized us in each of our decisions. It is the fourth generation that carried AIESEC UTP to what it is today but it is time to give the opportunity to 7 people who will guide UTP to contribute in the vision of AIESEC 2015, to lead ordinary people to extraordinary, to remain the first choice in all of our allies, but most of all, to provide experiences throughout their environment. You are the chosen one for the next generation, don't miss this chance and remember do something you are afraid off, every single day. Here you will find:
• Job Descriptions
• Applications Forms
• Booklet with all the information you need.
For the Application Package:
Each applicant must send an application package (format: .zip),
that will contain the following documents (all in PDF format):
•Application Questionnaire
•Endorsement Letter: 1 for LCVP applications, 2 for LCP
applicants.
•Competency Assessment (Self vs 360) and the link of your
application video.
For the Application Video:
Here you will present yourself as a candidate to the plenary, and explain: •Your motivation to be part of the EB 2013-2014 (and for the particular position you’re applying to). •What you would like to achieve by the end of your term as EB? The video must be upload in YouTube, and must not be longer than 5 minutes. The link of your video must be included in the same PDF file of your Competency Assessment results.
Don’t FoRget:
Your application package is in “.zip” format. No “.rar” files will be accepted. •Your Competency Assesment is “Self vs 360” (you need to ask 5 persons that have worked with you to fill your CAT). •Your video is uploaded in YouTube, and the link is included in the same PDF file with your CAT results.
You send your application package on
time! No late applications will be
accepted, even by minutes. (computer
dysfunctions are no excuse!)
•Your application package has no more
than 3 PDF files if you’re an LCVP
applicant, and 4 if you’re an LCP
applicant.
EB StructuRe
APPLICATION PROCESS 1. Please read the documents in detail.
2.Ask and compile all the information needed to complete the
Application Questionnaire.
3.Ask 5 persons to complete your 360 Competency Assessment with
time.
4.Make sure you get the endorsement letter(s) with time.
5.The deadline for submitting your application is Wednesday,
November 7th at 11:59 pm (GMT – 5:00). It must be sent to
[email protected] with copy to [email protected]

Example:

If you’re applying for more than one position, two
separate Application Packages must be submitted.
You can use the same application video.

DDL for Applications
Sending your application package in zip to

Review of Applications
The Electoral Committee will review your
application package to see if it is complete and
you are a certified applicant. Yeii Electoral Committee November, 8th
Presentation of Applicants
The LC will receive an email with all the
applicants and will be post it in all the social
media incluidng myaiesec.net Electoral Committee November, 9th
