Asset selection tool allows filtering a list of assets and filtering to a single asset. The filter consists of five hierarchal filter options; Customer, Region, Location, Product Type and Asset Name. An empty option designates all. Higher ordered filter options influence the options available in lower filter options.

Information can be sorted by any of the Information Columns to allow for grouping of assets or customers. Further filtering of information allows one to gather insight for action and decision making.

Highlighting one of the individual assets will display the detailed information surrounding that storage vessel. The view of the time frame is adjustable from <1 day to 12 weeks. The horizontal red line represents your pre determined safety stock level, the vertical line represents “today”.

The Product and Vessel Information section contains all the details for the selected asset. This section also contains a drop down list to select one or more monitored attributes. Typically, this will include a level or volume, but could include temperature or other attributes. The selection of the input determines which values will be plotted. © Skychain, LLC 2008

Hourly readings of Customer Inventory Levels allow visualization of customer usage pattern and help planning and account management. The view of the time frame is adjustable from <1 day to 12 weeks.

Forecasting modules are derived from algorithms developed over the last twelve years. Visualizing forecasted trends allows planned replenishment. Avoiding unnecessary trips and combining trips to satisfy many customers helps deliver more product for every mile driven.

The alert message will be delivered to a pre-set list of individuals and can arrive as e-mails or text messages.

The message indicates your asset number, the product, the current level reading and the predetermined set point in order to have insight into the current supply situation. This insight will allow you to take the appropriate action for your customer.

The Asset Analysis section displays statistics of the asset volume based on a given specified timeframe. By default, the timeframe is based on the timeframe of the trend. This timeframe can be overridden by un-checking the auto update option and entering new dates. Individual fills are detailed by pressing the “Fill Information” tab in this section.

Data Export Tool

All List Views within the application can be filtered to sort data into a meaningful report. The data can be collected over various time periods for a better view into your customer usage patterns. All Data generated in the List views can be exported in a variety of formats for use in other applications.

The Business Analysis Tool is similar to the Asset Analysis Tool in that it collects all the information over an adjustable period of time. Monetary values can be entered for each asset, so that business can be managed by dollars instead of gallons or pounds.

The History Report Tool is similar to the Asset Analysis and Business Analysis Tools in that it collects and records all the fill events and Safety Stock events over an adjustable period of time. A very useful record of events to satisfy customer verification requests.
