Before starting , change language to English (top right)

Then click “Next”

If there are more than one bilateral agreement, select the one corresponding to your area of study, by checking the agreement number on the «Provisional List of Accepted Students» available here: http://www.unipd.it/en/erasmus-studies-semp

Required documents

Upload the following documents in PDF format: ID card/Passport, EHIC/Health Insurance, Transcript of Records, Learning Agreement, Language Certificate(s)

Transcript of records: passed exams in your Home University

If your valid ID card/Passport/Health Insurance is going to expire soon, upload it anyway, then send the new one to erasmus.incoming@unipd.it as soon as you get it

Language certificate (optional): upload the certificate corresponding to the language level requirements (Italian A2 if you wish to attend classes held in Italian and/or English B1 for classes held in English), unless otherwise required in the bilateral agreement. - If you have more than one certificate upload them in the same pdf file.

Upload the file requested in PDF format, then click on «Next» to save

You will be allowed to complete your application form only after uploading all the compulsory documents (red dots).

Once you upload a document, you can see a preview of the uploaded file and/or edit it. You may change your uploads if incorrect.

To finish your application form, click on «Next»

You have successfully completed your application form. Within one month, the status of your application will be updated in the «Provisionally accepted incoming students list»
