(i) that the Project/Activity Coordinator bears full responsibility for the conduct of the project/activity;

(ii) that any project/activity involving an Indigenous student focus has been discussed with Associate Director, Murrup Barak (Charles O’Leary 8344 5330) prior to submission;

(iii) that any project/activity involving secondary school participation has been discussed with the Associate Director, Onshore Recruitment (Wendy Holden 8344 4635), prior to submission;

(iv) a commitment to providing qualitative and quantitative outcomes on the performance of the project/activity for annual government reporting requirements in collaboration with the University’s HEPPP reporting officers;

(v) the requested funds do not supplement or duplicate a project/activity supported by another current internal University or external grant;

(vi) the funds will not finance an existing core function of a University department or business unit;

(vii) that all project/activity team members have consulted appropriately with their managers, Heads and Deans and all have the time and basic infrastructure resources to pursue the project/activity within the context of existing responsibilities.
