We meet the need of non-profits for very affordable, high-quality strategic and operational advice by utilizing the untapped potential of top university talent.

WHAT IS 180 DEGREES?

There are 10 million non-profits around the world that each year workto feed, clothe, heal and support the disempowered anddisenfranchised. And yet less than 1% of the non-profit sector hasaccess to high-quality affordable strategic and operational advice.

We exist to provide non-profits with advice, future leaders with training and development, and vulnerable communities with more effective charity.

THE LISBON BRANCH – HOW WE ARE STRUCTUREDThe organization consists of four different work groups that build the entire 180 DC Lisbon branch

• CONSULTANTS

The consultants are at the heart of our work, together with the Project Manager . They are responsible for the development of the projects and for ensuring the

client’s maximum satisfaction and the largest possible impact on society.

• EXTERNAL PARTNERS

Deloitte Portugal and Fundação Manuel Violante act as strong cornerstones of our work as social consultants. They help us throughout the process, making sure

we deliver professional, credible and actionable recommendations to our clients. They provide us with initial training and supervision over the projects.

• EXECUTIVE TEAM

The Executive Team ensures the best fit between the teams and their projects, whilst supervising any potential setbacks. They are also responsible for providing

the Consultants and Project Manager with an enriching experience in a professional and social context.

• PROJECT MANAGERS

Each Project Manager is responsible for a team & project. He / She ensures that there’s a smooth flow of information between the team, external partner, client and

executive team (namely, the corresponding Consulting Director). This person will have to dedicate a little more time to the organization than a regular consultant.
