Applicant reviews a list of all courses they have applied to. Each course is clickable, and the Status records whether is is complete.

Applicant can edit their own Portfolio. 4

When an applicant clicks to ‘Open Asset Store’ it opens a side window containing a store of media assets and the option to upload new items

To upload a new media asset, Applicants can choose to either drag a file from their Computer, or upload in a more traditional manner.

Once a media file is uploaded, Applicants have the choice to edit the filename, change the file or remove it. 7

Applications may choose to Save their work and return whenever they wish. They can also Preview their Portfolio. 9

When Applicants are happy with their Portfolio they can choose to ‘Submit’ it. They will be given a second prompt for confirmation.

Finally, Applicants are asked to agree to the University terms of use for the online portfolio data.

Applicants can receive confirmation of their submission by the change of status and a personal email notification.
