Foundation level

Delivered over three days, the Change Management Foundation course is a blend of course participation, audio-visual presentations and case studies. Evening work and study is required.

Practitioner level

Delivered over two days, the Change Management Practitioner course builds on the Foundation course. Participants are challenged to apply their learning while preparing for a comprehensive scenario based exam.
