The entire Sunday School department has a goal to raise $500 for a special Christmas offering to buy some farm animals for children through World Vision. The offering for this project will conclude Sunday, December 16.

EAST JASPER CHRISTIAN FOOD PANTRY: As you begin to make plans for all the wonderful celebrations you have during Christmas, the East Jasper Christian Food Pantry would ask you to think of families that won’t have the same vision of a festive dinner with all the trimmings. Perhaps your family would like to donate a Christmas meal to a family in need. The cost of that meal is around $25.00 and would include the following items: Turkey or Ham, Biscuits, dressing, margarine, 2 gravy, cake mix, boxed potatoes, frosting, fruit juice, crackers, canned corn, beans & fruit, cheese, noodles, eggs and jello. If you are interested in expressing your Christian love by donating $25 to East Jasper Christian Food Pantry to pro-vide a Christmas meal to a family in need, please contact Julie Dunsbergen at 641-521-1175.

SALVATION ARMY ANGEL TREE: The tree with the Angel tree tags will be located near the nurseries and elevator. The tags will have a child’s age & gender. The ages are 1 – 14.
