HSE REQUIERMENT

Anwar Al-Seraj Engineering has HSE Procedure in its projects. This procedure obtain for the workers during the work during the period of projects, in all company's projects we are put a safety plan to achieve the safety and avoid any harts probably happened to the workers and avoid any environmental damage. We already are doing a daily meeting to remind the workers about the HSE procedure, and Held pre-job safety meeting to discuss hazards and awareness related the job also prepare job safety analysis prior any job .Respect of the procedure is of great importance for the efficiency of the head count for personnel during emergency situations while working on the site.Respect and compile with Life Saving rules.

We provide in our project the following.:1- Site safety supervisor, he will watch the workers and judge any one dose not compile to safety requirements, which submitted by the company.He responsible about everything in the work area if there is any incidents happened must be inform the company and Investigate, record the details of incidents and write the report to the company about that.He responsible too to record total man-hour and summary of any first aid happen during the working time. 2- HSE officer which responsible to provide the workers all safety accessories (PPE) in the beginning work day and take it at the end of work.Safety accessories (PPE) are hard hates, hard toed work – boots, gloves, impact gloves, and protective eye wear, safety glasses, warning tape to clarify work area, helmet, ect…3- Put the signs for work area before beginning the work to inform the people this is work area.4- Remove all obstacles in the work area before beginning the work.5- Provide all equipment need for the job.The equipment is crane, basket people, concrete vehicle, wheel loader, robin compactor and ect….6- Company will be held training course for the workers include the presentation about the project and what is the risks which probably happened and the ways to avoid it.7- Ensure the work area inspect by demining and its clean before make a call off for work, do the permeation to start the work from the beneficiary department and environment department and all relevant authorities.

8- Company do weekly medical investigations to its staff to ensure them are ready for a work and there is no risk upon them to avoid any incident probably happen during the working time.9- Company responsible to pick the staff up to the worksite and give them a suitable break for lunch, pray and drink and pick them up again from worksite to them home. During the period of break should be arrange with the client about a break room for the staff.
