Penal Code.

Protection Order ( PPO ) or TemporaryProtection Order ( TPO ).



� There is also Barangay Protection Order

in case you need to seek protection

probably if your husband becomesviolent at night and trial courts are not

can only be secured

in court.

women who remains helpless when

confronted by her abusive spouse.
