IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE UPCOMING ROOF & GUTTER CLEANING FOR THE TIMBERLANE II PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION (April 2016) This notice is written on behalf of the Timberlane II Property Owners Association Board of Directors. It is that time of the year again where the roofs & gutters will be cleaned of all of the loose debris. The roof & gutter cleaning has been scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2016 and is scheduled to end on Friday, May 13, 2016. This work will take place between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Please be advised that there will be falling debris, and in some areas major falling debris, coming off of the roofs while this work is taking place. Please leave your rear patio gate (if applicable) open/unlocked in the event that access is needed. Additionally, please make sure that any and all patio furniture and personal belongings are covered and/or moved in order to ensure that there is not any damage from falling debris, as the Association will not be responsible for any items damaged due to items being left out, not moved, and/or left unprotected.
