Q. What is all involved in your estimate?

A. First we inspect for any damage and make a determina-

tion on whether we think that is in a good enough condi-

tion for cleaning. We will then take a measurement and

discuss options for cleaning and sealing.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. Price will depend on various factors like what shape the

awning is in, amount of mold growth, age, fabric, and

size. We charge by the square foot.

Q. The quote was considerably more then I was thinking?

A. Cleaning an awning the proper way and with the right

cleaning agents is an involved process. Most times it will

take between 5-8 applications for the awning to look

new again. Our awning sealer is a premium product that

will protect your awning for years to come. Also keep

in mind that our prices are generally less then 1/6 cost of

replacement and will keep it clean for years to come.

Q. How will I know that you won’t damage my awning?

A. Good Question! We follow manufacturer instructions

for cleaning and use a low pressure, mild detergent com-

bination to clean and keep your warranty intact.

Q. Should I seal my awning also or just cleaning only?

A. This will depend on how long you will own it for. If you

think you will be moving within a year or that your lease

will be up (if commercial) shortly then I would recom-

mend cleaning only. However sealing adds a great water

proofing and UV protector.

Application of UV protection, waterproof and

sealing agents is available as well which will ex-

tend the life of your awning and protect it from

UV rays, sun fading, mildew growth, pollution,

weather, tree sap and bird residue.
