ANNUAL REPORT
2017-18
William Butler Yeats said and I quote, “Education is not filling of a pail but the lighting
of a fire.” unquote.
The fire alighted 53 years ago continues to empower, enlighten and embolden the young
minds today. Set up in the year 1964, Tagore International School, East of Kailash formed
under the aegis of Tagore Education Society, is a labour of love of two visionaries Dr. Mrs.
Hari Sen and Mr. J.K.Sen. Their objective was to provide quality education that produced
good citizens, conscious not only of their own rights and obligations but also respect human
life and values as leaders and intelligent followers.
