The Plug and Fill pail / can filling station, also known as type 14, is a filler where empty pails are placed at the station and is filled automatically with quantity of up to 60 kilograms

Hazardous areas are classified into Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2 according to the chance that a flammable concentration of substance may exist. Zone 1 is defined as a flammable concentration of substance is likely to be present under normal operating conditions or may occur often due to repair, leakage or maintenance activities.

For quantity larger than 60 kilograms, the type 19 version is available to support a maximum quantity of 300 kilograms. These 300 kilograms are usually large drums instead of the smaller pails and cans.

The station can be mounted on rollers to provide mobility option. A programmable logic controller is used to control the device filling process precisely and fulfill W&M approved filling standards.
